What do Listentomydemo.com look for in applicants? To work in our Company, music must be an important part of your life. You'll spend much of your time at open mics, talent shows, and going to music conferences. However, you'll also need to demonstrate that you have been actively involved in music and have commercial knowledge of what is happening in the Industry. For example, you may be a DJ or a member of the University Ents. Committee; you may promote bands / clubs in your spare time, or even better, you'll already have worked in the music industry.
To work in one of the Support functions prior experience within the music or media industry is an advantage, it is not essential. However, we would expect you to have a strong interest in music and to have researched the industry and the key players within it.
If applying for a role in any of the divisions we would expect you to have relevant experience / qualifications in the area you are applying for.
